Open a builder, paste this in, and fill in the bits in brackets with your own words.

What to expect

Use real quotes, exactly as written. Polished ones read as fake and everybody can tell.
First names only, and ask before you publish somebody's words.
If the quotes are different lengths, ask for a masonry layout or the gaps look wrong.

Cheapest thing here to build and the most likely to win you work. Most people already have the quotes sitting in their messages.

When it breaks

Say what you see, not what you want. Change one thing at a time. If it goes in circles, ask it to build that part again.

When this one works

Next people want a form that collects new ones, so they stop copying out of WhatsApp by hand. That needs the page to store what somebody typed, the first real step up.
